We made it to Bellevue!   Yay!

The office Missionary couple, the Armstrongs, met us in the Temple parking lot to give us keys and show us how to get to our new home.  It was fun getting to know them.  While visiting, Sister A. told me that her husband has stage 4 lung cancer!   I asked a delicate question....and you chose to come and serve?   She said, it was something that they had always wanted to do.   So they chose to serve the Lord as Missionaries the last days they have together!

What a inspiration!  We loved them immediately.  She works the mission office and he does the mission cars.

The apartment we have is much nicer than I expected.  It is a 2 bedroom apartment.  One bedroom is our office.  They left a nice printer and files with lots of info.  We have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher!  So life is good.  Our complex has an exercise room and a swimming pool...yes, we are spoiled!  We live in a nice area very close to the Temple.  It is also close to the institute held at the Stake Center and the institute at Bellevue college.   Walmart, Costco and the grocery store are very close.  So we don't have to do freeway driving everyday.  We are figuring out our way around and Dean is a great driver....with Siri's help.

However,  there are so many trees I cannot see the Temple from where we live.
